COMPLAINTS or QUESTIONS
STORE POLICIES, RETURNS, ETC
All custom made pottery is non-returnable and non-refundable. Exceptions are made if pottery arrives damaged.
Jerry Brown Pottery creates unique and individual pieces. No molds are used - only hands. Therefore each piece - whether in a set or sold separately - is handcrafted one by one and there may be slight differences in glaze effect, colour, and size. The buyer understands that these are unique, handcrafted works of art when buying from this website, by phone, or in person.
Shipping is calculated through our online e-commerce cart and based on weight, size, and costs involved (packaging, ship/handling fees). We do not make money on shipping. We try to keep all costs associated with getting our pottery to you as low as possible, but fees change as shipping costs fluxuate.
Package Arrival: We request that you check the package from Jerry Brown Pottery before accepting. If the pottery arrives broken request that the carrier return it to us and we will ship another piece to you at no charge.
Returns: Returns are permitted only if pottery arrives damaged or does not hold up to the standards we guarantee. In the event of a piece arriving damaged we will replace and ship at no cost to you.
